Work is a source of joy and fulfillment for me.

I hold a marketing degree from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
Before joining Kalkstein in 1998, I worked for the Ministry of Privatisation and spent seven years in the financial consulting industry - Access Pty. Ltd. This experience gave me an appreciation of human relations, team work in organisations and a constructive approach to problem solving. At Kalkstein I worked my way up from the position of the Executive Secretary, General Manager, Managing Director and Member of the Board. Since 2006 I share my life between training and consulting and my passion for breeding horses and horse riding. Because of my experience, I am responsible at Kalkstein for the development of selected management training programs and for developing skills of our in-house trainers.
As a facilitator I conduct training in leadership, team management, interpersonal communication and assertiveness. Customers value me for dynamism, expressiveness, ease of establishing contact with the group and my ability to illustrate training with case studies and practical experience.
I am a certified business trainer. I have accreditations: Discovery Licensed Practitioner (since 2001), TACK Training International Certificates (London), Extended Disc.
